JD Program
A student who has been admitted to the School of Law, who has satisfactorily completed 85 semester credits in law courses, and who has otherwise satisfied the requirements of the university and the School of Law is granted the JD degree, provided that he or she: (1) Except in rare cases, obtains (at least two years before completing work for the JD degree) the Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS), or an equivalent degree from this university or another institution of recognized collegiate rank; (2) Has been a full-time law student at the School of Law for at least three years or the equivalent (for transfer and visiting students, see Section VI.O of The Holding, available via .pdf); (3) Complies with such other requirements as may be imposed, including completion of the Writing Requirement and the Skills Requirement; (4) Successfully completes Legal Profession and Constitutional Law II in his or her second or third year; (5) Successfully completes 70 hours of graded course work (67 hours if the student completes a 12-hour externship; 67 hours if the student completes the JD/MBA concurrent degree program); (6) Successfully completes 65 hours of regularly scheduled coursework; and (7) Successfully completes all first-year classes. The School of Law reserves the right to modify its curriculum and graduation requirements at any time.
Masters Degree Program in Conflict and Dispute Resolution
The School of Law offers a two-year Master's Degree program in Conflict and Dispute Resolution. This program is uniquely situated to prepare a new generation of scholars, practitioners, and educators to rethink traditional approaches to conflict. Grounded in dispute resolution theory, the program combines broad interdisciplinary training and opportunities for individualized study and skills development. It addresses the wider scope of non-adversarial dispute resolution options and the concepts and skills needed to implement those alternatives. It will equip its students with the vision, determination and expertise needed to meet today's challenges with new answers and better questions.

Doctor of Jurisprudence/Master of Business Administration
Offered by the School of Law and the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business, this four-year program allows students to study the business and legal aspects of corporate finance, accounting, corporate management, sports marketing, and international business.

Environmental Studies and Law (J.D./M.S.)
Doctor of Jurisprudence/Master of Science
Offered by the law school and environmental studies, this concurrent degree program results in two degrees in four years rather than the standard five. It allows students to study aspects of environmental regulation and resource development from a variety of disciplinary perspectives.
International Studies and Law (J.D./M.A.)
Doctor of Jurisprudence/Master of Arts
Students who select this four-year concurrent degree option combine legal and international studies. The program provides area-specific expertise for students who intend to pursue careers in international human rights, asylum, immigration, or public interest law. International and United States students are encouraged to apply.
