Several copies of the course text are on reserve at the Law Library, and scanned copies are attached below. The title is: Judging: A Book for Student Clerks, by Louis J. Sirico. There will be two reading assignments from the book over the course of the semester. Those are:

• Class #1, June 1, 2007: Chapter 2, The Decision Making Process
• Class #2, June 22, 2007: Chapter 9, Judges and Lawyers.
