Position Description: Summer clerks work on research and drafting assignments given by attorneys. They would probably work in the business or litigation part of the firm.
Associate - Litigation associate to assist in writing legal memoranda, briefs and pleadings. Will also have to take depostitions and work toward developing trial practice.
