Andrew SkinnerLopata most recently completed a clerkship with the Honorable David Schuman, Oregon Court of Appeals. While in private practice in Eugene, Oregon he focused on helping clients with copyright and trademark law, general business law issues, and estate planning.
SkinnerLopata clerked for the Honorable Charles D. Carlson at the Circuit Court for the State of Oregon, in Lane County. He co-authored “Copyright in a Digital World,” with Keith Aoki, Art and Law Electronic Journal.
SkinnerLopata teaches intellectual property at the law school.
