Brent Renison has been involved with immigration and nationality law since serving with the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs from 1991 to 1993. He has practiced in the area of immigration law since 1997.
Professor Renison is a partner with the Lake Oswego business immigration firm of Parrilli Renison LLC. He was previously with Tonkon Torp LLP, where he practiced from 2000 to 2007. He represents businesses and individuals worldwide in legal matters involving immigration and nationality, including temporary nonimmigrant visas, permanent resident petitions and applications, questions of admissibility, citizenship applications and federal litigation to enforce rights under the immigration laws. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
