Katherine Moyer is a founding shareholder of Endeavor Law Group, P.C., a business law firm in Eugene, Oregon, with a primary focus on start-up and emerging businesses. Her practice focuses on corporate and business law, with an emphasis on securities law, capital formation issues and franchise law. Ms. Moyer also counsels start-ups on business structure and assists them with entity formation, business plan review, agreements among owners and agreements with employees; and she advises both franchisors and franchisees on compliance with federal and state franchise laws.

Ms. Moyer began her career at major law firms in Indianapolis and Portland, for the most part representing public companies, before moving to Eugene and transitioning to her current focus on small businesses. She joined the Small Business Clinic as a supervising attorney in January 2008.
