Lance Long: B.A., 1981, Brigham Young University; JD, 1986, Brigham Young University. Long has taught legal writing for eight years at BYU and Stetson. He has practiced with the firms of Walstad & Babcock in Salt Lake City, Utah and Morrison & Foerster in Orange County, California, and is currently associated with Hill, Johnson & Schmutz in Provo, Utah. His practice is primarily focused on appellate and motion practice in the areas of intellectual property, contract, and construction law.
