Natalie Butto draws from a multidimensional background in facilitating personal, professional, organizational, and community development.
She worked as in-house counsel for Starbucks and Tropicana (PepsiCo), and as a law firm attorney with a global practice. Natalie has advised and coached managers at all levels on a broad range of projects. Serving on diversity/inclusion steering committees, she facilitated the creation and development of several employee resource groups and programs.
Natalie currently serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington Women’s Center and the Business Council for the Human Rights Campaign. Previous appointments include the US Advisory Board to the French Minister of Tourism; and the Board of Directors for the National Inventors Hall of Fame Foundation, a community theater, and local United Way. Natalie is a former intellectual property committee chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel and has regularly presented at national conferences. Her experience also includes facilitating meetings, continuing education courses, workshops, and webcasts.
Natalie earned a BA from Florida International University, a JD from Georgetown University, and an MBA from New York University. Natalie is certified in organizational dynamics, diversity training, and yoga teaching; and has completed coursework in coaching. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
