Elizabeth Tedesco Milesnick is a senior associate at the intellectual property firm of Kolisch Hartwell PC, where she specializes in patent litigation, trademark practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), trademark prosecution, licensing, and matters relating to trade-secret misappropriation and unfair competition. Tedesco began her career in intellectual property and general commercial litigation at Reed Smith LLP in San Francisco. She graduated from the Boston College Law School in 2002 and received her B.A. from the Dartmouth College in 1999.
