Tim NordSenior Assistant Attorney General, DOJ B.A., University of California at Davis (1984), In both private practice and government service Mr. Nord has focused upon civil litigation, contract disputes, and statutory enforcement actions. For the past five years, he has served as the primary antitrust attorney for the Oregon Department of Justice. Mr. Nord has conducted antitrust investigations, participated in related litigation and provided antitrust trainings. He has worked with AAGs from states across the nation, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Nord has been active in antitrust multistate enforcement groups and trainings, including as a presenter, and co-authored an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court on behalf of the State of Oregon. |
