Tom Tongue has extensive experience representing clients in a broad array of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate finance.

Mr. Tongue also maintains an active insurance regulatory practice representing local, regional, and national insurers including Aegon, UnitedHealth Group, and PHP Health Plan, Inc.

As a fifth generation Oregon attorney, Mr. Tongue is deeply committed to helping the Oregon State Bar and the community in general. He currently serves as an elected representative for the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates. He served on the Steering Committee for the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum’s Venture Oregon event and volunteered as a coach for the Classroom Law Project’s Mock Trial program.
