Faculty > William Kabeiseman
Mr. Kabeiseman is of counsel to the law firm of Garvey Schubert Barer in their Portland Oregon office. His practice includes land use law, municipal law and appellate advocacy. He represents a wide variety of clients, including municipalities, developers and neighborhood groups in a wide variety of settings, including court, cities and counties. Mr. Kabeiseman graduated from the University Of Oregon School Of Law in 1993 and has clerked for the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the territory of American Samoa, where he served as the chief environmental attorney for the territory. Mr. Kabeiseman has practiced in Portland for almost a decade. He lectures widely on a variety of topics and currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University Of Oregon School Of Law.
