Mary Lawrence Endowed Scholarship

The Mary Lawrence Scholarship Endowment Fund was established by UO law school faculty, Mary's former students, and her professional colleagues to honor her as she retired as Director of Legal Research and Writing. The fund provides a scholarship for the top-ranked student of the first-year class.

The 2007 recipient was Cheol-won Randle. In reflecting on the Mary Lawrence Scholarship he received, he said, "It was an honor to be recognized for my hard work during my 1L year. LRW was invaluable in developing my writing and analytical abilities, and it has helped me succeed both in and out of the classroom."
