UO Student Wins Indian Law Writing Competition

Teresa Jacobs has won the Oregon State Bar's Indian Law Section 2009 Student Writing Competition. Her paper is entitled Federal Permitting of the Desert Rock Power Plant: A Case Study Advocating for Application of the Indian Trust Doctrine. Teresa will receive $1000, and her paper will be posted on the website of the Indian Law Section.
