Professors Steven Bender and Andrea Coles-Bjerre to Present at OSB Debtor Creditor Section Annual Meeting October 9  

Oregon Law Professors Steven Bender and Andrea Coles-Bjerre are takingProfessor Steven Bender part in presentations at the 2009 Oregon State Bar Debtor Creditor Section CL Professor Andrea Coles-BjerreE and A nnual Meeting taking place October 9-10 at the Knight Law Center. 
 
On Friday ,  Professor Bender will speak on the topic of  "Safe Exercise of UCC Remedies," from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m., and Professor Coles-Bjerre will discuss "The Changing Landscape in Leases and Executory Contracts" from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
