Oregon Law's Public Interest Public Service program, the Wayne Morse Center for Law and Politics, the National Lawyers Guild, and the Portia Project are hosting a forum featuring Max Williams, director of the Oregon Department of Corrections, at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, in Knight Law Center 175.

Energy Law and Policy Symposium is October 10
On Friday, October 10, in Room 175 of the University of Oregon School of Law's Knight Law Center, the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation and the Bowerman Center for Environmental Law will present a symposium titled "Living on a Finite Earth: Energy Law and Policy for a New Era." The symposium is free and open to the public, and will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
