Small Business Clinic (SBC)
The Small Business Clinic is a program of the Center or Law and Entrepreneurship, which is directed by law professor Barbara Aldave and funded by a 1995 gift from Chamber Communications CEO Carolyn Chambers.

Technology Entrepreneurship Program (TEP)
The Law and Entrepreneurship Center is partnering with the Battelle Memorial Institute and the UO business school's Lundquist Center for Entrepreneurship. This innovative cross campus program is in its sixth year and combines the talents of MBA students and Law students to develop market feasibility and assessment studies on emerging patentable technologies.

LESA
The Law & Entrepreneurship Student Association, as the law school's established business student group, welcomes the involvement of students interested in all areas of business and business law.
