Profiles

William Kabeiseman

William Kabeiseman, Adjunct Professor of Law

Mr. Kabeiseman received his J.D. from the University Of Oregon School Of Law in 1993. Following law school, he clerked for Judge R. William Riggs of the Oregon Court of Appeals before heading to the South Pacific where he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Territory of American Samoa. In Samoa, he worked on environmental issues for the territory, including fish and wildlife, land use and zoning and federal regulatory programs, while also working on appellate advocacy. Upon returning to Oregon, he served as petitions clerk to the Oregon Supreme Court.

Since entering private practice in 1998, he has focused his practice on municipal law, with a special emphasis on land use, administrative and appellate law. Mr. Kabeiseman is currently Of Counsel to Garvey Schubert Barer, where he represents municipalities, developers and interested citizens in a variety of settings.
