The individual student is responsible for her or his own learning. That DOES NOT mean that a student must or should "go it alone" especially in law school. Teaching and helping students learn are primary purposes of our law school. That is why we offer many opportunities for individual students to improve their already considerable academic skills.

Each student has the opportunity to meet with the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs to develop a personal learning plan. The Assistant Dean is also available for counseling and assistance with learning styles and strategies.

ACE Scholars are available to meet individually or in small groups with students. ACE Scholars maintain office hours and appointments may also be made for additional assistance.

In addition to the resources available at the School of Law, Academic Learning Services is a University office that works directly with students to help them develop the skills needed for academic success.
